Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Herbix website and to every order you place with us. By using the store or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Using the store

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under the law of your country. Please give accurate details at checkout and do not misuse the store: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, place fraudulent orders or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours and textures can look different on your screen. Check the ingredients list on each product page before you buy, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin or scalp, and stop using a product and seek advice if you have a reaction. Our products are cosmetics; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Prices for customers in India include GST. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• Customers outside India may be charged import duties, customs fees or local taxes by their own country. These are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.
• Payment is taken securely by Razorpay when you place the order. We cannot see your full card or bank details.
• If we find a pricing mistake after you order, we will tell you and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email, and the contract is formed then. Stock is not held while you check out. If an item has sold out by the time your payment is confirmed we will still honour your order, but delivery may take longer than usual, and we will let you know.

We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item or destination is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if applicable law or our payment or courier partners do not allow us to deliver to your location.

6. Discount codes

Discount codes are valid only as described when issued (for example expiry date, minimum order value, one use per customer). A code cannot be combined unless we say so, has no cash value, and can be withdrawn if it was issued by mistake or is abused.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page. Both form part of these terms.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our content

The Herbix name, logo, text, photographs and design belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share the pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

10. Our responsibility to you

We take care to provide the store and our products with reasonable skill. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including your rights under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and, where you live elsewhere, your local consumer laws. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control such as natural disasters, strikes, courier or network failures, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of India, but if you are a consumer in another country you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection law of the place where you live. 12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
